Spreadsheets – Microsoft Excel



Course duration : 6 to 9 hrs

Microsoft excel is a spreadsheet software programme that allows you to input and manage numerical and other types of data. Data can be used to carry out automated calculations and analyses ranging from simple sums to complex mathematical formulae. Learn how to present the results in many different formats.
Efficient use of MS Excel is a must for any business.
This Microsoft Excel course provides students with additional skills in the use of the many features and functions of this software, making students more efficient and effective when using the package.

The course starts by refreshing students on the fundamental features of Excel but again advances quickly to give an understanding of areas such as working with multiple worksheets, conditional formatting, linking cells, worksheets and workbooks, linking to other applications such as Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Word, using Financial and Logical functions, creating charts with linking and updating to other applications for presentations.
